Do you have a dress code?
Smart casual is welcome throughout the venue, this includes sneakers and shorts. No high vis entry after 6pm.
How do I book an event?
We'd love to host your next event and have several spaces available throughout the venue. Find out more on our 'Events' page.
Is your venue accessible?
Yes! We have two entry points at the front of the venue and a lift to level 1. We also have accessible bathrooms on both levels.
What is Sinclair's?
Sinclair's is our modern Australian restaurant located on level 1 of The Log Cabin. We offer a seasonal food and cocktail menu, sourcing almost all ingredients within 50km of the venue.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, well-behaved pets on leads are welcome to visit The Log Cabin! All pets must enter via the side gate into the Beer Garden.
Can I visit without a booking?
Whilst we recommend that you book ahead to secure a table, we also love a bit of spontaneity, so walk-ins are always welcome!
Do you have a VIP lounge?
Yes, located on the ground floor.

What is your family / children policy?
Before 10pm, children are welcome on all levels of the venue, excluding the VIP and TAB lounge. We have a delicious kids' menu available as well as high chairs and change tables. All minors and people under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or adult guardian (over the age of 25).
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have space for over 190 cars in the carpark at the front of the venue.
Is there public transport?
There is a local bus stop in close proximity to the venue, dependent on your destination.
We are also located between two train stations: Emu Plains station is approx. 1km walk and Penrith station is approx. 1.5km walk.

Can I bring a cake?
You are welcome to bring your own cake to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary. We will provide napkins and a knife to cut the cake.
Do you have gluten free drink options?
Yes, we serve gluten free beer and seltzers as well as a large range of cocktails and wine.
Are there TAB facilities?
Yes, located in the Sports Bar.
Do you cater to food allergies?
Yes, we cater for a variety of dietary requirements and food allergies. Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available in venue and online for both The Log Cabin and Sinclair's.
