Set in the beautiful Bridgeview Room, this special event invites both women and men to reflect on leadership, legacy, and the influence we all have on the world around us.

From sport and sustainability to tourism and placemaking, Ripple Effect brings together four exceptional women whose work is creating waves locally in Penrith and across Australia. Through two dynamic panel conversations, we’ll explore leadership anchored in purpose, the power of place, and how individual actions create collective impact.

Speakers include:

Myriam Fox- Olympic champion and coach, creating lasting impact through high-performance sport, mentorship, and the legacy of her Olympic champion daughters.

Lisa Harrold- Environmental advocate and Landcare leader, protecting the places that sustain us while raising the next generation of Olympic rowing talent.
